How are my pieces packaged? All items are simply boxed in brown paper gift boxes and wrapped with linen string. Earrings are mounted on a lovely bifold card that fits within the box. Necklaces are mounted on a necklace display card within the same style box. Each individual item will be in its own brown paper gift box. If you'd rather not receive your order in a gift box, please make a note of it when you place your order. Unless you are ordering several items, this won't affect the cost of shipping.
When will my order be shipped? Please allow 5 business days for your standard order to be shipped. Some pieces need to be made as the order is placed and this allows time to complete your order. Please note that custom work will require more time.
How will my order be shipped? Your order will ship within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping is included within the USA through United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Service, which usually takes two to five business days to reach its destination. Insurance is included.
For international orders, please get in touch prior to your purchase as restrictions and regulations vary from country to country.
What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy? Please send an email right away if you're dissatisfied with your purchase. I'd like to make sure that you're happy with your piece! Any work to be returned must be mailed back within one week of receipt, at your expense. Once your return has arrived undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging, you will be issued a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 4% processing fee.
Exchanges are essentially a return plus a purchase. Your return will be processed as explained above. At any time, you can purchase your preferred item online.
